Learning Objective                   
Objective of the course is to help Students in learning to explore whether Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) projections were accurate and what they may have missed in the risk analysis portion of a project. 

Deeper understanding of application of statistical methods like ANOVA, SPC, etc  is developed  for business process improvements

Duration
16 Hours of contact training with professional slide shows and discussion including examples from real world pertaining to application of Six Sigma DMAIC break through strategy.

Exam Requirement

Pass 40-60 minutes  online Test to gain credential of CSSMBB (Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt) from an ISO 9001 Certified entity
