Lean Six Sigma Training

Introduction

Lean streamlines processes and eliminates unnecessary steps (waste) in them. Six sigma implements data driven methodology to solve complex, cross functional problems  where the root causes are unknown.  This is an intro course to expose the basic concepts of both these methodologies to the participants.

 

Learning Objective

Objective of the course is to make the participants aware of the key thought frameworks and some of the tools and techniques used in the lean and six sigma domain

Duration

3 sessions of 4 hours each

Sessions cover, at the introductory levels, topics related to Lean Six sigma (LSS) that include following:

• Objectives of Lean and Six Sigma disciplines
• DMAIC cycle of Six  Sigma and tools used  
• Lean principles and its tools used
• Coverage of Lean Six Sigma implementataion principles for DMAIC Kaizen and DMAIC project

Certificate

LSS certfication is issued from CONSAK Inc.on successful completion of course
